Freer Living consists of Paula and her great team of specialists in the design and creation of beautiful gardens and unique homes/??outdoor living areas. With lots of experience and passion, we help you create your own private Mediterranean oasis in Mallorca and the Balearics/Meditteanean.
ABOUT PAULA
The studio is led by Paula Rombys. Paula began … with hotel Salvias. She went on to study Horticulture at Merrist Wood. She is passionate about design, sustainability and horticulture and believes in creating a collaborative, fun and informal working relationship with clients.
Prior to her career in Garden Design, Polly worked in marketing before realising that she craved a more creative path. She retrained in garden design and set up the studio shortly after. In her spare time Polly worked as a counsellor and strongly believes in the restorative benefits of gardening for mental health.
The studio holds 3 RHS medals from Chelsea Flower Show (Silver) and Hampton Court Flower Shows, (Silver-Gilt and Silver) and two coveted People’s choice awards from RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2022, and RHS Hampton Court Flower show 2019.

WHAT WE DO
As a small studio of garden designers and landscape architects, we work on a broad range of projects varying in scale from courtyards and roof gardens to country estates and commercial projects. We frequently collaborate with architects, property developers, interior designers and estate managers. When designs are complete we work with tried and tested landscaping teams to bring designs to reality.
The studio’s design style is first and foremost client and site led. We are inspired by your taste and aspirations and our designs are a fine balance of practicality and elegance. In residential projects, our goal is to create gardens which are sustainable, ecological, and effortless extensions of your home.
